As the buyer of one of our puppies you have committed to own and care for this puppy for the duration of its lifetime. Placing our dogs is not something we take seriously. We feel strongly about responsible dog ownership, and breeding. We do everything possible to ensure that the puppy will fit in your home. If there is a reason why the puppy is not working out in your home please contact us. We can offer advice to help deal with the situation.

Nevertheless, if at any time during his lifetime, you can no longer keep your dog, you shall notify us and give us first option of resuming full ownership of your dog in order for us to place the dog in a new home. If we are taking your dog back, you will need to complete the appropriate CKC paperwork to return ownership of the dog to us and the dog will be returned with all its medical records.
If you wishes to transfer your dog to another owner, you must receive our permission in writing first and the new owner will have to sign a new agreement with our kennel before the transaction can be completed.
You should never consider taking your dog to an Animal Shelter or euthanizing him without consulting with us first.
We reserve the right to approve/prohibit any transfer of this animal to a third party.
